Kayuf Care’s products are made from natural ingredients and are gentle on sensitive skin. However, as everyones skin is different, we recommend speaking to your physician/dermatologist, and/or that you perform a patch test before using any new product to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

5. Does Kayuf Care offer international shipping?
Yes, Kayuf Care offers international shipping. Please keep in mind, international shipping fees are based on location and shipping service. You will be informed of a fee before your order is complete.
6. What is the return policy?
We strive to provide you with the best possible experience and customer satisfaction. To ensure a fair and efficient return process, we have established the following return policy. Any items being returned must be unsealed and unopened. You will be given 14 days from delivery to return unopened/undamaged/unsealed items. In order to initiate a return, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the specified time period. Once we receive the item and verify it's status, we will initiate the refund process. We will issue refunds using the original method of payment. Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
